It’s hard to believe, but baby girl has been with us for 6 months today! And she is doing phenomenally. I feel so awful that I post so little about her, but with two running around blogging has certainly taken a back seat to the daily grind. Here are some of Addie’s latest milestones…
Last stats were taken at the 5 month mark. We’ll be heading in for our next check-up at 7 months.
We now weigh close to a whopping 16-pounds! This puts her around the 75th percentile for weight. Baby girl is a great eater although we’ve yet to make the transition from formula only to formula and baby food. She’s just not ready for sweet potatoes and peas quite yet.
She measured in at 26.75″ and we know she’s grown since then. This puts her in the 95th percentile for height!
She began rolling over around week 18 while mommy and daddy were in Colorado. We knew she was close when we were leaving so hearing the great news from Mamie and Pop came at no surprise.
If you look closely (through the drool and all), little miss now has two teeth! Yes, lucky for us they came in together! She is wearing the same amber necklace that Jack wore when he was teething and I honestly think it helps with the pain. She’s not showing much in the way of teething discomfort for now. Let’s hope that continues.
She is full of giggles and smiles, especially when Daddy tickles her with his goatee. She adores her big brother and is amused by his every move. Lucky for us, he reciprocates her sentiments exactly! How lucky and blessed we are to have such a sweet soul. Happy 6 months baby girl! We love you!
